The clubhouse is constructed over a cast in place concrete basement used for cart storage and service receiving area. The primary construction of this 27,000 sq.ft. building was wood frame, exterior dryvit, and natural stone integrated with heavy cedar timber and cast stone. The roof is natural slate. The interior is filled with architectural details using heavy wood molding, natural stone and rich wood paneling. The clubhouse consists of a full commercial kitchen, dining rooms, bar, lounges, locker rooms and golf shop.
