In general, the work consisted of a new 16,423 square foot addition onto an existing three (3) story building. Site work consisted of new utility services, new site lighting, new asphalt parking lot and various concrete walks, curbs, ramps and landscaping. New building construction provided for a Multi-purpose room with a full service kitchen capable of food preparation for fellowship dinners, weddings and banquets. This room can also be used as a gymnasium that includes a full size basketball court with retractable goals as well as volleyball inserts for poles and nets. There is also a stage with theatrical lighting and sound equipment to accommodate a variety of events. The addition was designed to include an elevator making access to all four (4) levels achievable for both elderly and handicapped.
