The new residence is used exclusively for Rangerettes and was designed to accommodate 80 female students. It features many design and management characteristics which take into account the unique demands and schedules of the organization. It is a two-story structure, 1st floor for freshmen and 2nd floor for sophomores. The dorm features are: 2 students per room with private bath, private meeting rooms, community kitchen facility, laundry room, ice machines, study rooms, gathering areas designed for guests.
